Termination / Withdraw Strategy
A business owner may withdraw from using the blinkpay services at any time by requesting for a withdrawal form from Blink systems.
The form can be requested through email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) over the phone +256 414 664984 or through any of the blinkpay support staff. Blink Systems support staff will collect the POS terminal together with a withdrawal form signed by the merchant.
Blink Systems may withdrawal a POS terminal from a merchant under the following conditions:
- The blinkpay POS is inactive (no transactions on the POS within 60 days).
- The blinkpay POS in not able to connect to Blink servers due to poor network coverage
- The blinkpay POS is being used for illegal activities
Upon withdrawal, the entire amount, if any, in the merchant’s account shall still be available to the merchant and the merchant's account shall remain active. Any merchant who withdraws from the Blink Systems may again become a merchant with blinkpay if they meet the necessary requirements.
