Transactions processed from any BlinkPay Agent may be refunded if BLINK SYSTEMS LTD is notified within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some transactions have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some transactions that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such transactions.

Time of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the time the payment was processed by the Blink Systems in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable transaction service agreement.

“Refund Period”, you may request for a refund at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund from Blink Systems within the refund time frame specified for the applicable transaction, if available at all.

Standard Refund Terms

Data/Airtime/Bill Payments: Within 12 hours from the time of the transaction

Mobile Money Transfers: Within 48 hours from the time of the transaction.

VISA/MASTERCARD Payments:  Within 120 hours from the time of the transaction.

Transactions on Wrong Account Numbers

If by error or intention the transaction is performed on the wrong number, and the same wrong number is confirmed by the user at the time of confirming the transaction, then it is non-refundable.

Transactions with Wrong Amount

If by error or intention the transaction is performed and contains wrong amounts, and the same wrong amount is confirmed by the user at the time of confirming the transaction, then it is non-refundable.

Purchasing Wrong Product/Paying for wrong product

If by error or intention the payment is made for a wrong product and the same wrong product is confirmed by the user at the time of confirming the transaction, then it is non-refundable.

Products Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Data/Airtime sent to wrong numbers
  • Mobile Money sent to wrong accounts
  • Bill Payment made to the wrong account number

Products Eligible for Refunds

  • Payment is made for a product (airtime/data/bill payment) but due to technical challenges or any other challenges the product is not delivered
  • Money transfer service where money is successfully deducted from the source number but due to network challenges or any other technical issue fails to be sent to the destination number
